ZionBellaLuxe Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the ZionBellaLuxe Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Affiliate Eligibility
- To join the program, you must operate a legitimate website, social media account, or platform with content relevant to our brand. ZionBellaLuxe reserves the right to review and approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a $30 CAD commission for each sale made through their unique referral link.
Sales are only eligible if the customer completes the purchase using the referral link provided to the affiliate.
-Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
3. Cookie Duration
Our affiliate program offers a *30-day cookie window*. This means if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will be credited with the sale.
If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate link clicked will receive credit for the sale.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis after the order has been successfully processed and is not subject to return or refund.
Affiliates must provide accurate payment information, and ZionBellaLuxe is not responsible for any payment errors due to incorrect information.
A minimum balance of $100 CAD is required for payout. If this threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the following month.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are not allowed to promote ZionBellaLuxe via paid advertisements using branded terms (such as bidding on keywords that include "ZionBellaLuxe").
Spamming, misleading promotion, or any unethical behavior to generate sales is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of outstanding commissions.
6. Content Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure that their promotional content aligns with ZionBellaLuxe’s values and image. Affiliates should not promote our products in a way that could harm the reputation of our brand.
We reserve the right to request changes or removal of content that violates these guidelines.
7. Account Termination
ZionBellaLuxe reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion if there is any violation of these terms or inappropriate use of affiliate links.
- Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited at ZionBellaLuxe’s discretion.
8. Program Modifications
ZionBellaLuxe reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes to the terms or commission structure.
9. Liability Limitation
ZionBellaLuxe is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of income) that may result from participation in the affiliate program.
